At zaltyrexthakreon, we want you to be satisfied with your custom textile product purchase. This return policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws.

Your Rights Under Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: Under New Zealand law, you have automatic consumer guarantees. If a product is faulty, doesn't match its description, or isn't fit for purpose, you're entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). This policy is in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights.

Return Eligibility

Due to the custom-made nature of our textile products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product is faulty or defective
  • The product doesn't match the agreed specifications
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • We made an error in your order

For change of mind returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may accept returns at our discretion if the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or as soon as you discover a fault)
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and authorisation
  4. Items must be returned to: 22/24 Miami Parade, Onehunga, Auckland 1061, New Zealand
  5. Please use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during return shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping costs
  • For change of mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you're entitled to:

  • A replacement product (if available)
  • A full refund
  • Repair of the product (if possible)

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Custom-Made Products

As our products are custom-made to your specifications, please ensure you're happy with the design and measurements before we begin production. Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible. We'll always confirm details with you before starting work.
