We deliver custom textile products throughout New Zealand. This page outlines our shipping and delivery policies, timeframes, and costs.

We deliver throughout New Zealand, including:

• Auckland (including North Shore, West Auckland, South Auckland)
• Wellington and surrounding areas
• Christchurch and Canterbury
• All other New Zealand cities and regions
• Rural addresses (additional charges may apply)

You can also collect your order from our studio in Onehunga, Auckland at no charge.

As all our products are custom-made:

• Standard orders: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
• Complex custom orders: 4-6 weeks
• Rush orders: Available on request (additional charges apply)

We'll keep you updated on the progress of your order. Production timeframes may vary depending on complexity and current workload.

Once your order is ready:

1. We'll notify you that your order is ready for dispatch
2. We'll provide a tracking number (for courier deliveries)
3. Your order will be carefully packaged to prevent damage
4. Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout
5. Someone must be available to receive the delivery (or we can leave in a safe place if requested)

For courier deliveries, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order using the courier's website or app.

If you experience any issues with delivery:

• Contact us immediately if your order is damaged
• Report missing or delayed deliveries
• We'll work with the courier to resolve any issues
• You may be entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. For international orders, please contact us to discuss options and costs.
